He began his career in construction in the late 90’s, working in house framing, general contracting, and landscape construction. Over the years, he has been involved in building, renovating, and redeveloping both residential and commercial properties.
This hands-on background gives Peter a distinct advantage — a trained eye for quality construction, renovation potential, and long-term property value.
Following his work in construction, Peter built a distinguished legal career spanning more than two decades both as a prosecutor and private practice as a litigator. That experience sharpened his negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to protect his clients’ interests in complex transactions.
Today, Peter combines his construction knowledge, legal background, and extensive sales and client service experience to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity and confidence. Since becoming a Realtor, he has quickly established himself in the competitive San Diego market, successfully closing multiple transactions.
Outside of real estate, Peter enjoys family time at the beach, camping, sailing, working on cars, riding motorcycles, watching his kids play various sports and practicing taekwondo with his son.
